Delphinus Minor

<

Next to Little Cassiopeia and Little Orion, Little Dolphin is the third diminutive version of a large constellation in the sky. It is not far from its model on the celestial sphere. You can find it on the line connecting the stars Scheat (β Peg) and Markab (α Peg) in the Pegasus Square. Its brightness and size make it a lovely target for binoculars.

VIC: A beautiful mini-dolphin. Perhaps the most faithful copy among all asterisms. It is easy to find, and stars around the seventh magnitude are very noticeable. Suitable for small magnifications.
