At 488x appeared bright, moderately large, oval 5:3 N-S, 1.0'x0.6'. Well concentrated with a very bright core. UGC 9523 lies 1.5' E, MCG +02-38-008 2.6' NW, CGCG 076-040 2.8' E, MCG +02-38-007 3.6' WSW, PGC 214325 3.7' W.
