400/500mm - 17.5" (5/27/95): very faint, elongated 2:1 SW-NE, 40"x20". Forms the NE vertex of a right triangle with a mag 13 star 2.1' S and a mag 12 star 4.1' SW. Located 10.8' SE of NGC 5165. Very uncertain NGC identification.
