600/800mm - 24" (11/24/14): at 200x; very faint, fairly small, elongated 3:2 NNW-SSE, 30"x20", very low surface brightness. A mag 11.7 star at the NW edge interferes with viewing, though this would be a fairly difficult galaxy even without this star. This dwarf elliptical is a member of the NGC 1023 Group and is located 21' SSE of NGC 1023.
