DeLisle Stewart discovered IC 5125 = DS 723 on a plate taken in 1899 at Harvard's Arequipa station in Peru. He noted "F, eS, R, bM."
600/800mm - 25" (10/10/15 - OzSky): at 244x; fairly faint to moderately bright, fairly small, round, 30" diameter, weak concentration. NGC 7106 lies 8.3' NE.
