Watering Can

< A tiny watering can is situated within the core of the open cluster NGC 1342. More than a dozen faint stars can be connected to form the shape of a watering can, with a handle to the southeast and a funnel-shaped spout to the west.

VIC: The watering can has a distinct bottom, but the top is missing. It reminds me of a miniature Scorpius constellation. The shape is properly visible only in large binoculars.
