A not very distinct chain of stars, just 1.5 degrees east of Alheka (ζ Tau). The head at the eastern end is formed by a dozen stars ranging from 8 to 10 mag, and the tail, consisting of roughly ten stars of 8th to 10th magnitude, winds to the west.
VIC: When searching for the Crab Nebula, don't forget about this small cluster! If I disregard the somewhat separated head, I see a blind man or some kind of straightened snake in it.
