400/500mm - 17.5" (5/30/92): very faint, moderately large, edge-on 5:1 SW-NE, 2.0'x0.4'. A mag 11 star is off the SW edge 2.0' WSW from the center. Located 11' NW of a mag 7.8 SAO 101554 (?1940 = 8.3/8.6 at 0.6"). Forms a pair with NGC 5928 14' SSE.
