600/800mm - 24" (10/5/13): second brightest in a small trio containing Arp 11 = UGC 717 2.1' SW and MCG +02-04-004 2.0' SSW. At 375x UGC 719 appeared faint to fairly faint, small, slightly elongated ~N-S, ~24"x20", very weak concentration.
