400/500mm - 18" (4/14/12): the eastern component of Arp 300 is faint to fairly faint, moderately large, elongated 2:1 ~N-S, 40"x20", broad concentration, no distinct core, increases in size with averted, so probably has a low surface brightness halo. Forms a 1.2' pair (Arp 300) with UGC 5028 1.2' WSW.
