400/500mm - 18" (2/14/10): at 280x; Holmberg III appeared as a very low surface brightness glow, ~2.0'x1.5' N-S. Exhibits a very weak concentration but no core or a well-defined halo, so the size is just an estimate. Still, the glow was seen immediately when the position was centered.
