400/500mm - 18" (2/26/11): faint, moderately large, slightly elongated NW-SE, 0.8'x0.7', low surface brightness, very weak concentration to a slightly brighter core. Forms the western vertex of a triangle with a mag 9.5 star 2.4' E and a mag 11 star 2' NNE. Located 6.7' SW of mag 8.0 HD 69787 in the core of the Cancer I cluster. CGCG 119-43 lies 3.5' NW and UGC 4332 is 9' SE. Member of the NGC 2563 Group (WBL 178, but not included in LGG 158)
