600/800mm - 24" (2/7/15): at 260x; fairly faint, fairly small, slightly elongated, 24"x20", moderately concentrated with a small brighter core. A mag 13.5 star is 0.6' NE and two mag 11-11.5 stars to the west (3.5' and 6') are collinear with the galaxy. Forms a close (physical) pair with UGC 4124 1.2' NNE. UGC 4108 lies 12' WSW. Located 18' WNW of mag 5.8 HD 65301.
