600/800mm - 24" (2/18/20): at 375x; between fairly faint and moderately bright, fairly small, slightly elongated E-W, 35"x25", very small brighter nucleus. Brightest of several nearby galaxies, with MCG +12-06-0144.8' W and UGC 3344 10' NW. Member of the NGC 1961 group, which lies 30' NW.
