400/500mm - 17.5" (11/27/92): very faint, small, slightly elongated. A mag 14.5 star is just off SE edge 1.1' from center. A small group of 8 mag 13-14 stars is following. This galaxy was picked up while searching for NGC 946 (19' W) and the identity was verified on the POSS.
