600/800mm - 24" (12/1/16): at 260x; extremely faint, fairly small, elongated 3:1 NNW-SSE, very low even surface brightness. Requires careful averted to glimpse, so the V_T magnitude = 13.8 is very misleading. Forms a physical trio (interacting) with Mrk 331 2' NE. MCG +03-60-033, just 45" SE", was not seen.
