400/500mm - 17.5" (10/8/94): faint, small, round, weak concentration. Located just west of the line connecting a mag 11.5 star 1.2' SE and a mag 13 star 1.3' N. Forms a pair with brighter NGC 27 10' NW.

17.5" faint, small, almost round, very small bright core. Situated between a mag 12 star 1.2' SE and a mag 13 star 1.2' N. NGC 27 lies 10' NW.
