400/500mm - 17.5" (6/18/93): faint, fairly small, elongated 3:2 N-S, 1.0'x0.7', even surface brightness. A mag 14.5 star is at the north edge 20" from the center. Forms a pair with MCG +09-24-049 = (R)NGC 5788 2.6' SW.
