Stephane Javelle discovered IC 4547 = J. 3-1364 on 22 Jul 1895. His position is accurate.
600/800mm - 24" (7/18/17): at 375x; fairly faint, small, round, 15"-20" diameter, weak concentration. IC 4546 lies 5' NW.
